An on-tour route through Moses Gate Country Park and along the Manchester, Bolton & Bury Canal, finishing at the Nob End SSSI - a botanical site formed from industrial spoil that now supports rare wildflower meadows. Compact at under 5k but 67 metres of elevation packed in throughout.
