The 8k version of the Dales loop - 90 metres of climbing through Coronation and Springwater Parks early on, then out through Dales Lane and Ringley to Outwood Country Park. The Manchester, Bolton & Bury Canal provides a flat finish home, with Nickerhole Clough passed along the way.
