The same opening climb as the 5k: Stand Lane onto Radcliffe New Road, 43 metres up to Bury New Road in Whitefield over the first 1.8k. Stanley Road and Parr Lane then take you across to Unsworth, with a short rise past the 3k mark before Sunny Bank Road drops you onto Manchester Road. From 5k it is close to flat - Manchester Road and Dumers Lane, then Bury Street and Cross Lane back into Radcliffe along Church Street West. Road all the way.
This is one of the free running routes used by Run Together Radcliffe, a free running club meeting every Thursday at 7pm at Radcliffe Market. Everyone is welcome.
