Ainsworth, Turks, Bolton Rd

From the market the route heads out along Blackburn Street and up Ainsworth Road with a gentle climb through the first two kilometres, before Turks Road loops you back and the Manchester, Bolton & Bury Canal towpath carries you home on a flat finish. A steady, well-surfaced route with one modest climb and a pleasant stretch along the water.
